News - 11 New Black Belts!
New Junior Black Belts!!!
In December, 2006, 11 Junior students, ranging in age from 10-17 tested and received their 1st Dan Black Belt ranking.
These students, many who have been training with Augie Gonzalez for five years or more, tested for approximately 3 hours covering basic blocks and techniques, forms, sparring, self-defense and instructing/coaching.
Augie is very proud to have worked with many of these students over the years and encourages you to ask any one of them about their time and study of Tae Kwon Do.

Freedom Tae Kwon Do Academy Opens its Doors in Watsonville!March 1, 2007 Freedom Tae Kwon Do Studio is NOW OPEN! Located at Spa Fitness Center at 25 Penny Lane, Watsonville - Agustin "Augie" Gonzalez, a 3rd Dan (Degree) Black Belt with over 15 years experience teaching and participating in Tae Kwon Do has opened his own studio and is now accepting students of from age 5 and up.
